Willow Run Kennels is in the process of changing software.
The new program is called Paw Partner. It is much more user friendly and will allow us to save time on paperwork affording more time to the actual care of the pets!
We are in the process of migrating information which is proving to be quite tedious. We are manually entering a great deal of data.
When we “GO LIVE,” (hopefully September 1), clients with email addresses in the new system will receive an invitation to login to Paw Partner and complete their profiles. Consent forms can be signed electronically and boarding and grooming reservations can be made through the software.
*If you do not receive the invitational email, (on or after September 1) (on or after September 1), it means that your email did not migrate into our new system. In that case, you may go to pawpartner.com, download the program and enter your personal and pet’s information.
Boarding and Grooming requests will no longer be accepted through Pet Desk, and purchases made at Willow Run will not accrue Pet Perk points. We will continue to allow clients to redeem points at Willow Run through the end of September. We hope to have another loyalty program in place at that time.
Boarding prices will see a small increase effective September 1, 2021. You will still be able to drop off and pick up pets at your convenience during business hours; however we will be using “Hotel Style” invoicing. Boarded pets staying dropped off before 3:00 pm or picked up after noon on their “go home” day will incur an extra charge. Boarders that
receive baths or grooming services on their “go home” day will not be charged this fee.
Payments may be made online, on in the mobile AP as well. Care Credit will not be accepted in the new program, but we will allow Care Credit charges through September 30, 2021. You may not, however, prepay for services using Care Credit.
We understand that not all clients at Willow Brook Animal Hospital are affected by this change at Willow Run. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
