All pets must be current on vaccines; Dogs must have a current Rabies and DHPP vaccine within the last year. Bordetella vaccination is required within the last 6 months. Due to recent outbreaks in Canine Influenza, a relatively new virus, we now require vaccination of the H3N2 Canine Influenza strain.  Beginnig October 1, 2017, all dogs will be required to be vaccinated against both the H3N2 and H3N8 strains.  Cats must have a current Rabies and FVRCP vaccination within the last year and a feline bordetella vaccination within the last 6 months.

Flea/Tick Policy:
Pets with active fleas come into our facility almost every day. All pets are inspected for fleas and ticks upon entry, and any pet with visible evidence of fleas will be automatically given an oral flea preventative (Capstar) at the owner's expense. Capstar is a safe medication that begins to kill fleas in 30 minutes and lasts for about 24 hours. We highly recommend every grooming, or bath client purchase Capstar at the reduced cost of $7.00 to ensure that their furry child does not bring home any unwelcome friends. We also recommend monthly preventative for all dogs and cats.
