Our experienced groomer is available for full-service grooms for all breeds of dogs and cats. After your grooming appointment, you will get a full report on your pets’ grooming and our staff will discuss regular maintenance grooming to keep your pet looking, feeling and smelling their best. Grooms include: bath and blow dry, toenail trim, anal sac expression and trim to your specifications. Bows and bandanas are also available at no extra charge.
Toenail Trims/Nail Buffing:
Nail trims or buffing can be done any time we are open for cats and dogs. If your pet is receiving a bath/groom a nail trim is included. Nail buffing allows a smoother, closer trim. You may request a buffing with a bath or groom for an additional charge.
All pets must be current on vaccines—dogs must have a current Rabies and DHPP vaccine within the last year. Bordetella vaccination is required within the last 6 months. All dogs are required to be vaccinated against both the H3N2 and H3N8 Canine Influenza strains. All cats are required to be current on Rabies vaccine and FVRCP vaccination within the last year and a feline bordetella vaccination within the last 6 months.
All pets are inspected for fleas and ticks upon entry, and any pet with visible evidence of fleas will be automatically given an oral flea preventative (Capstar) at the owner’s expense. Capstar is a safe medication that begins to kill fleas in 30 minutes and lasts for about 24 hours. We highly recommend every grooming or bath client purchase Capstar at the reduced cost of $7.00 to ensure that their furry child does not bring home any unwelcome friends. We also recommend monthly preventative for all dogs and cats.
